The Next House That A-M Built

I’m deliberating! This poor old blog is 9 years old now, takes ages to load and has a myriad of errors upon errors behind the scenes. Do I start up a new one for the next house I am building or do I add on here and cope with this old clunker? I have had Mr WordPress look at things, other ‘Web Specialists’ tinker and take my money … what to do? Is anyone still reading this? My poor blog, it’s been so neglected.

Anyway, I just tuned in to say that things will be happening here in blog land with my next house, as well as over on Instagram at www.instagram.com/thenexthousethatambuilt. I will be sharing the building process once again … once I have demolished the old house … and coped with the online outrage of demolishing a home that could not be recycled like the last one #sigh

I promise the new house will be better than the one we have to destroy.

I will soon be back in this space after the demo!

Stay tuned!

A-M xx

I am still here and am in a similar stage to you though my new house is being built on virgin land so no demo issues. We are just getting the plans finalised and will hopefully start before Easter! I will look forward to following your journey along with mine.

Hello! Very pleased to see you are back! I have always enjoyed your blog posts – always beautiful and informative. I wondered if you had abandoned it as many other people have over time. I know instagram is so much faster, easier etc, but theres nothing like a blog post to read over the little details of projects, ideas and advice, and in your case a house build. I greatly look forward to the journey of your next house build. We will be here to applaud you and appreciate! Thank you & best regards 🙂

Still here. I follow your adventures on your other sites but do enjoy more verbiage. New house looks fab. Love seeing the plans. I must say I’ve been neglecting my blog as well….press of family issues and work. But I’ve got some stuff in the hopper.

I would love you to blog your house build. As much as I love instagram, there is so much more depth to a blog post. I followed all through your last build and so looked forward to your posts

So lovely to read your comment. There are so many posts. 10 years of them. Slowing everything down. Might start a new one. Move everyone over there? What do you think? X
